"We loved each and everything except for a gentleman by the name of Diego, making us feel small just because we didnt decide to give thousands of dollars for packages that were not convenient for us. The personnel before that was courageous and polite , but Deigo was rude and abrupt. It seemed like as we had asked to sit there and waste our time. A simple no should've sufficed. The resort needs to know that majority of its customers are those that are not a part of playa collection membership....

We ask him to make restaurant reservations for us and he said he would (but never did) then proceeded to want us to go through a timeshare meeting with him which we refused because we have been through them before. "Best beach on the strip by far. The staff takes great care in maintaining it, which other hotels don’t seem to do. Staff were amazing. The hotel is beautiful. Mexican restaurant and the Krystal were our favourites, we didn’t care for the Japanese or the Italian. The steak restaurant is just that, a big piece of steak. Room service could be better. The bed could be more comfortable, our king sized bed was extremely firm. "
