"But it's a little unfortunate. I always like to use a suite. However, the facility has not been repaired. I couldn't use the safe because the bathroom sink was broken, or because there was no electricity in the safe in the room. Every time I visited, I witnessed the same phenomenon and asked for improvement, but it hasn't always changed. Except for this, the hotel service was all satisfactory. It's a little less detailed, but it's a pity that it doesn't bother me much. The hotel is very satisfactory for the price."

"Exceptional 5 star hotel with a big restaurant/breakfast area with lots of different tasty food, and fantastic pool with well priced cocktails and other drinks. Nice lobby and concierge. Very nice, helpful and friendly staff. A special thanks to Duc Trung at the pool area and Duc Anh making beautiful margaritas!"

"We did the 2 night cruise and were glad we did, on the second day we transferred to a smaller boat with a smaller number of people (about 15) and spent the day in Ha Long Bay, we seemed to leave all the tourist behind and it was idyllic. The staff were so friendly and attentive for the entire cruise, the food was great and a lot of it and it was extremely comfortable - very happy with the whole experience"

"Hotel has great view in room balcony but there is nothing to sit down and enjoy the view. They should put a patio set (2 chairs and a small table) so that we can sit on the balcony with a drink to enjoy the view. "
