"Overall a really comfortable stay. Room and bathroom were really lovely although a grab rail to get in and out of the shower would be useful. Staff are great!! My only issue (and this is not the hotel's fault) is that my room faced out onto Queen St. And this meant that the noise from the bars on Churchill Way was noticeable. "Had a lovely, relaxing stay at the Clayton. Staff were great and helpful. Deluxe room was clean and beds very comfortable! Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Close to shopping centre and lots of places to eat nearby! No parking but Cardiff train station car park is a 2 min walk away and very reasonable compared to other car parks in Cardiff! Will definitely stay again! "

"Room is small but sufficient for a short stay. Only one hotel lift accessible to hotel rooms thus very busy lift. Most of the guests use staircase if room was not too high up."

"We stayed in the Marriott for one night, we werdd ed down Cardiff to watch a show, from the moment we arrived at reception they were very welcoming, our room was immaculate on 7th floor, no noise very comfortable. We also had breakfast which I couldn’t fault, lots of breakfast choices, plenty of tea anc coffee on hand, the waiter service was faultless and the young girl that served coffee was so kind, would definitely stay at this hotel again"
