"Not handicapped accessible. You must go up about 6 stairs just to reach the lift and 3 or 4 more steps to get to the reception area. The free breakfast was good but once again there was 2 more sets of stairs to get there. The staff were awesome about helping with the luggage and taking care of all other requests. The room was clean and I loved the patio area. "

"From the moment we arrived everything was great. The staff brought out bags to the room (and there were quite a few) and we had a welcome drink at the bar. There was an awesome dj playing and the bartenders were great! Perfect location, great breakfast, and amazing helpful staff! "

"The hotel and the room were overall good. It could have been a little cleaner in the lobby, it looks a little run down. The dining area was nice. The bar area was cute. I wish there was a pool! My biggest complaints were that the safe didn’t work so I was not able to lock anything in it, and the location of the hotel. It’s about 20-30 minutes via taxi into Florence. I didn’t realize it was so far away when I booked it. "

"In the heart of Florence but enough out of the way to not hear the late-night activities in the downtown squares, I highly recommend this hotel. Great staff, easy walk from the Firenze S.M.N. train station, and walking access to many of the sites you'll want to see around the heart of Florence."
