"Super location with views over the beautiful city of Florence! Super staff, Daniel you were a legend! Dinner was astonishing, fabulous food and service! You can walk to the city centre, downhill and flat, 20 minutes or so, definitely a taxi back, circa 12 Euro! "

"The one downfall of the room was the shower. It had only a half glass that was supposed to keep the water from spilling on to the floor. It didn't work. Had water all over the floor. What a mess. This is a terrible design. Also, in our room, the wifi was very weak. "

"Very close to the airport for an early morning flight- 5 minute taxi drive and the hotel will arrange a taxi. Just give them a time. Rooms are neat and clean, bathroom is great. Good restaurants in walking distance. "

"Very well located to the city center and easy reachable from the autostrada. Very friendly service at the reception. Rooms on then last floor have a great view over the river and city."

"This is a little gem of a hotel. On the lower level there is a spa that has a fabulous hot tub, sauna, and steam bath as well as relaxation room. A guest can use it for FREE for an hour and a half. Also a massage is available for fee. The breakfast is fabulous. And there are a couple of Indian restaurants within a couple of blocks in case you get tired of Italian food. It is not right near the Duomo but maybe half hour walk away. "

"Ok location and staff were nice and welcoming throughout the stay. Bit of light maintenance needed here and there to match the photos but for a city centre location, not bad. "
