"We have a great week at the hotel, was beautiful and with close access to the metro. Employees were friendly and assisted at all times, buffet area was great and my family enjoy the hotel. "Good hotel and staff, great location for trains to Segovia and north. Not too much in immediate area to do but not an issue. Not sure if I was unlucky, it can be a noisy hotel. Out of four nights I was disturbed for three. Often I could hear my neighbours quite loudly. Not an issue if you're a deep sleeper. FYI also has great breakfast and meals. "
