"Just had a one night stay in Henry’s townhouse in the James room. very comfortable room, very comfortable bed- exceptionally clean with a good size bathroom and excellent walk in shower. Love this property, felt like a home from home really interesting to look in each different reception room with its various knickknacks and artwork. "We chose the hotel for its location next to Hyde Park. We had a room which had a side view of the park. The hotel is modern in design and our room was spacious with a nice ensuite and air conditioning. Maybe the only criticism was the empty minibar and lack of storage for clothing. It was about a 15 min walk to Kensington park and only a 10 min walk to Paddington station which made it super convenient to get to the airport on the Heathrow express. "This is an excellent, small hotel which has been renovated with all the state of the art technological requirements. It has a very modern attractive interior. The staff provides outstanding customer service, especially Anrea, the manager. Granted, rooms are small but all tourist class London hotels are small.
