"This hotel is very convenient to the Heathrow Express to the airport, and there are numerous restaurants nearby. Although the hotel was clean, a mouse was running around in the Executive Lounge. The room had few drawers for storage. Hot water was good but it took a while to figure out how to adjust the shower and bathtub. "

"We had a great stay, our room faced the train track but we never heard the trains. Our room could use updating like new carpet but everything felt clean and accommodating. Breakfast was good, would have loved a non dairy milk option but otherwise lots of options for food. The construction only happens during the day and we were always out to see the city so we never noticed it. I would stay here again."

"A warm welcoming staff made our stay feel “close to home”. The room is dated ( very much London) with a very comfortable bed, a good amount of room and the attention to cleanliness shows. Sitting within a short walking distance to the highlights of London touring is a huge plus. A very nice choice indeed."
