"I stayed here twice on my trip to Sri Lanka. First time with a large group. The hotel is in a great spot on the beach. You can’t swim at the beach plus it’s rather dirty with rubbish. It has beautiful grounds and a pool to enjoy. Food is good, staff are good. Rooms need renovating but clean and functional. No lifts but the staff carry the luggage for you. "

They do hound you a little in the mornings for room service so don't expect a lay in at this place! "Service was very lacking, be it at front office or at restaurant. Quality and choice of food (breakfast, lunch, dinner) may be improved greatly!!!!! The many number of Staffs working at the beach restaurant more attentive - many stray cats around during meal time....which were a little "disruptive"....
