"Excellent hotel with genuine charm and uniqueness. Great location, nearby restaurants and close to metro. Lovely staff helpfulness. I really appreciate that they *still provide things like conditioner, iron, snacks, minibar, and regular room service. All these make me look forward already to my next business trip stay."

"This is not about staff…who were all great. But a hotel that can’t give you a bottle of water or breakfast without you paying for it in advance (rather than on check out) has some serious trust issues. The staff were very nice. Overall the stay was very good. Rooms basic and small but clean. Plus the location more than made up for it. I just prefer staying somewhere where the system doesn’t think I’m trying to steal water. "

"Just what we were looking for in Copenhagen. Closely located to the Osterport train station, a grocery market, shopping, and activities. This hotel was clean, had friendly staff, a good selection of snacks and beverages. Seemed like a cool spot. "

"This hotel was ideal for what I needed. It was really central and easy to get to all areas of the city. The hotel had a lovely smell from the diffusers scattered around. The room was small but that was as expected from photos. Did seem odd to have a single duvet on a double bed though and I would have appreciated a double duvet and some extra pillows. As others have mentioned there is nothing else in the room such as tv or kettle but this is clear on the website. The room was lovely and warm...
