"Hotel was in a good location. Rooms were clean and specious with good amenities. We struggled to get a local taxi and reception on one occasion didn’t follow up with the taxi firm despite us asking so we missed a planned trip. One night we had a lot of disturbance with noisy neighbours who set off alarms and banged doors at 4am. However I would return as it was a nice hotel and the lady receptionist was wonderful. "

"Al llegar el personal de recepción fue muy amable y eficaz. El apartamento es funcional, limpio y cómodo, con un balcón-terraza que da sobre la playa. Una estancia perfecta."

"The property is in a really good area close to Portaventura and the beach. The apartments are a bit outdated but nothing much the staff are really nice and friendly. A big thing I was disappointed in was finding out we couldn’t check in till 17:00 when are flight landed at 13:15. But overall I would definitely stay here again."

"Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, auch wenn einige kein Englisch können, konnten wir uns immer verständigen. Das Essen ist durchweg lecker und sehr gut essbar. Auch die Preise für die Getränke zum Abendessen sind fair. Das WLAN ist eine Katastrophe, langsame Verbindung, schlechte Abdeckung. "Really nice place. We went in low season, so is easier to have a good experience. Service was nice too. We didn’t know that the reception was not open all the time, we arrived at 16 and apparently it was already too late. So, make sure you inform yourself before arriving "

"The bungalow was located in a quiet area of the camping and had all the amenities one would need for a week-long holiday. I particularly appreciated the blinds AND black out curtains in all rooms making it possible to sleep in despite bright morning light. The resort was great with plenty of pools, playgrounds for kids and well equipped kids club - with an indoor space make believe play areas(bakery, florist, ice cream parlour and many more) . "Todo ha ido bien. El apartamento es amplio, limpio y estaba todo muy nuevo e impecable. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario, incluso lavavajillas y pastillas para poder utilizarlo, además de tener todo el menaje muy nuevo. El único fallo era que en el baño de nuestro apartamento (2D) subía un olor muy desagradable a cloaca y teníamos que tenerlo cerrado porque sino todo el apartamento olía mal. Por el resto, todo muy bien. Además está muy bien ubicado, a menos de 5 minutos de la Rambla y delante...

"Pluses - Nice hotel, decent paid breakfast option, location close to area sites, right across the street from beach, and easy walking distance to bus stops, downtown train station and eating options. Negatives - Smallest rooms, various staff seemed to have conflicting information about pool conditions, bar options, etc. Also extremely expensive bar.
