"Stay was ok! Room was very nice, spacious as well. Appreciated the little kitchenette during our stay. Service from check in was not very friendly. I felt like I was just a number and they just wanted me to pass through. We asked for extra pillows after we returned from dinner, and the lady at the front desk gave us a facial reaction like we were crazy, and then she said they had no pillows. We also asked for a blow dryer, because we assumed the room would be equipped with one, but now I...

"Good, solid hotel with kitchen and living room. Bathroom was small but had a Japanese toilet for fun. Old but hanging in there."

"Super easy to get to with public transport, nice/trendy/quiet room and property is close to amenities. Water stations on each floor was a nice touch. A couple things that surprised me at this price point: paper-thin toilet paper and tv channel offerings weren’t great. "

"Property was great! Great spot for families, enjoyed all of the space in the condo. Beds were super comfortable, lots of levels, fireplace, balcony, great kitchen. Quiet and pool area had stunning views. Pools themselves could use a little TLC with some tiles missing, but that did NOT impact our enjoyment and we understand it's difficult to do maintenance when your customers want to enjoy the space. I recommend."

"When we checked in, the front desk staff was not friendly at all. We do not feel welcomed. The property is outdated as well. It is a very nice location and connected to West Edmonton Mall, that’s the only plus "

"Area is noisy with train behind hotel. Lots of people hanging around parking lot. One bath towel was completely threadbare and the 2nd one was dirty. One elevator wasn't working. Otherwise room was clean and comfortable. "
