"Banff is cramped and expensive; my small loft unit was cramped but (by Banff standards) affordable. My room had a lovely view, and I think others have even better. Four stars for property condition because the property is old but my room (a loft) was well kept-up; if you want brand-new and luxe in Banff, you're in a very different price-range. 3 stars for communication because housekeeping walked into my room the first morning of my stay without knocking or announcing. "The building was very clean and smelled amazing with Lilac bushes surrounding the building. The pool is clean and the deck wasn't dirty. It would have been nice if staff checked more often. There were a lot of kids being unsafe. Their parents were there so it must not have bothered them. The breakfast was a normal, hot hotel breakfast buffet. The best part was access to coffee all the time. Our room was clean, fairly modern. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you"

"Friendly staff. My kids love staying here for the pool. It’s in an easy to navigate area of Edmonton with tons of walkable amenities. We stay here quite a bit when we take trips with our boys and haven’t been disappointed! Room was clean, but great value for your money."
