"La amabilidad de todos los empleados es lo mejor que tiene este resort. La piscina es fabulosa, pero sería mejor que la dejen abierta hasta más tarde, bañarse en la piscina de noche es muy relajante, que te la cierren a las 6pm es triste, por lo menos deberían dejarla usar hasta las 10PM. Todo lo demás estuvo 5 estrellas. El staff de los restaurantes, la piscina, el spa, etc es excelente. "

"Despite no booking and no hot water, a/c or bathroom light, or any other guests the staff were superb and did everything they could to make us welcome. They even headed to the supermarket to buy what we wanted for breakfast. Will maybe try again when they have more guests. The upside was we had the pool to ourselves."

"This was a beautiful resort and there was a lot available to us. We loved the food, loved the drinks, and there was always something to do. However I will say if you are a tourist please do your best to understand Spanish and speak a little bit of it. There wasn’t a lot of people who really spoke English well."
