"Staff and service was excellent. Food was good usually except for a couple of restaurants that missed the mark. The fish at Oceana was overcooked and dry. Tepenyaki restaurant was good, but the chef cooking the food started out with a very sharp long tined fork flying across the grill at a man seated beside it. The chef picked the fork up off the floor and did not clean it before using it. The flames were very hot and close to we who were seated around the grill. I was not comfortable with that....
