"This was my second time at this property. I love that it has a public bath and is the reason I stopped again in Kyoto on my way to Tokyo. The room has everything that I needed. It’s a short walk from the Kyoto train station which has everything imaginable. Shops, restaurants, name it. The Japanese outdid themselves with that station. I got lost several times because it is so big. The staff are great as it appears to be at most Japanese establishments. I hope to come back again."

We like this lovely hotel because the friendly and knowledgeable of Bell Captains- answered our questions and provided great recommendations of places to visit and the hotel is neat and provides great breakfast buffet. Moreover, the majestic Nijo Castle is just cross street of the hotel."
