"Great check in and plenty of amenities that make it one of the favored hostel. Nearby a lot of great attractions. Also a great bonus is the fact that the breakfast is free and offers great food from eggs to hash browns. Rooms for me did not impress as I was having problem withthe keycard and I told staff about it. I also felt that the room was also not as impressive as I have seen online. I could have a better experience but I feel that there needs to be some improvement down the line"

"The hotel is very nice, although slightly expensive. Our room ("business class" supposedly) was nothing fancy and had no view, but the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom fine. Staff at the front desk were courteous and helpful. Our cruise ship had arrived early in the morning; we were at least able to store our luggage for a few hours and then they were able to give us a room a couple hours before official check-in time. Also, I'd forgotten to pack an electrical adapter for the outlets...

"A bit old and not renewed. Extremely small shower room! No caps or glasses in the room! No kettle. TV doesn’t work at all! They said during my check-in that could be some signal disruption as there is a building site in neighbouring area and the cranes are causing that! What is totally ridiculous!!! Crane has nothing to do with signal! Looks like they haven’t paid the licence fee and rather switched off the broadcast at the hotel! The area is fine, close to the centre. Breakfasts great too....

"Excellent location in th center. Easily accessible by train from the airport direct to train station in Central. Also bus/tram available there. Hotel is part of Central shopping center. Room was clean, well appointed, Staff were excellent - helpful, welcoming, pofessional. Good breakfast and tons of restaurants around the area. Would definitely recommend."
