"I enjoyed staying here, but there are some things that can be improved. The air filter in the bathroom had not been cleared in a really long time, if ever. No one has dusted behind the TV in quite some time. I stayed for two weeks, but was only given 1 role of toilet paper and a meager amount of dish soap. The lighting outside is very dim and I was worried about slipping when come back in the evening when it had rained. It would also be helpful to have instructions in English for the appliances....

"Good location and place, but bad customer service. Clean place with beds, kitchenette, shower, and washing machine. A major hiccup - bad customer service. Unmanned accommodation, so had to contact customer service via the tablet in the lobby entrance for any issue. No hot water for shower on winter night. "I would give a 5 stars if the staff could send me the check in instruction on time and before check in time. I had to use Expedia customer service to contact the Hotel staff and get the door code. "
