"This property is something special. The location and views are amazing. The service upon arrival and a few of the mistakes made while we were there, left more to be desired for the nightly cost of the stay. No one was really available to help us unload the car or help bring our things to the room. They charge a resort fee just to go to the swimming pool, which we did not go to during chilly days in October. Parking is $45 per night for self parking in an open garage. They don't have coffee...
