"Despite their limitations with English, staff were very courteous and professional. Henry Ventura, our concierge made sure we were satisfied with everything, and if we weren’t, he fixed it. Pedro, the chef was accommodating and excellent. Santo/waiter, always courteous & kind. Junior at the taxi stand - always very helpful. I missed our housekeeper but she also was excellent!! We will be back with family!"

"Usually enjoy our stay here. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooms can be hit and miss, but it seems that something always need attention, such as phones that don’t work, sinks that suddenly start leaking, tubs that don’t work etc. It’s difficult to get around if you have mobility issues, I do not recommend as even with shuttles etc., there’s always stairs to climb! The food in the buffet has improved greatly this year. Unfortunately we have very little luck getting...
