"This is my first online review, so I am a bit sad it has to go this way. I was initially excited to get a good deal on a 4 star hotel in Mecca in the middle of Ramadhan. I arrived at the hotel after midnight and the front desk staff did not speak English. I was told to wait till 11:00 AM to get an English speaking rep. I proceeded to go to my room, mind you there are 4 of us (hubby and 2 kids) and the elevator rattled so badly, I thought we were going to get stuck and never see the light of...

"للاسف موظف الفندق في البدايه رفض الحجز واخبرني ان ادارة hotels لم تتواصل معهم بخصوص الحجز وطلب مني دفع المبلغ كاش لحين التأكد وبالرغم من وجود ورقه وايميل رسمي من الموقع لي الا انه اصر على دفع المبلغ كاش لحين التأكد تجربتي سيئة مع الموقع اكثر من الفندق ولن اتعامل معكم ولا يسرني ان انظم اليكم او لعروضكم"

"The hotel has a nice buffet breakfast. The shuttle bus leaves every 5-10 minutes to the Haram. The wifi is a bit slow but still works. "
