"Rooms were outdated but nice. No microwave in our room. I thought that was odd. There was one in lobby to use. Pool was amazing with hot tub and sauna. Would definitely go back… about 1 mile from downtown Gatlinburg. We had a creek side room. A bear visited parking lot across the creek and we had geese right out our balcony!"

"Surprisingly very quiet, clean & comfortable. We had no issues with our stay. Check in & out was easy & fast. Friendly staff. Good breakfast included with space to visit with the family. Inside & outside dining area for breakfast. Pretty scenery. "

"This property is in dire need of updates and repairs. The carpet is torn in many of the common hallways and at least three elevators are out of service. There is a tree near one of the entrances that drops a lot of leaves which got into the hallway. Every we were there so were the leaves. It is obvious that no one vacuumed. "
