"Leaking ceiling in washroom and very loud building. Doors slamming all hours of the night and sounded like a party in one of the other units. Property a decent walk from most restaurants and sites in Venice. "

"We had a great stay in this hotel. It was very affordable for Venice and I love the lively area with great things to see but away from the crowds of San Marco. Staff were quite friendly and the breakfast was very nice. Room was small but clean and comfortable with a cute balcony. The only downside third floor with no lifts but that’s not unusual for Venice. Would stay again."
