"This a luxury hotel with great staff. I just wanted to mention that the bath tub is very tall and getting in and out was not easy. Also one has to be careful not to slide in the tub. The location is great and right in front of the public water boat station. There is no need to pay the high price of a water taxi. The location is also within walking distance to shopping and restaurants."

"This property was beautiful. Every detail was carefully thought out. It was raining the day we arrived, and we were welcomed with a drink and our luggage was whisked away to our room, which was ready 4 hours early. The snacks at arrival, in the evenings, and the amazing breakfasts made the stay extra memorable. The staff went above and beyond, and every person I interacted with was cheerful and kind. I miss it already, "

"Charming, authentic little spot. If you like modern, homogenized, soulless hotels, don't stay here. This place is for experiencing Italy and supporting Venice. A little quirky, but that's the fun part! The staff was so kind and helpful, they called 3 restaurants to get me a reservation on my first night in.
