"I booked this hotel/ trip as a gift for my husband. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make him feel welcome. They were very friendly and helpful. He loved his room next to a side canal, which was very comfortable and relaxing, with great facilities . He also found the breakfast excellent. He hasn’t stopped talking about his stay since he came home a week ago! Would love to return!"

"The hotel is very close to everything you need train 10 mins across the bridge eats down the road ferry 7 mins airport bus 10 water taxi 2 min yes it’s old but so is everything it’s a friendly place staff are very helpful breakfast is good good choice "

"Close proximity to Rialto bridge. Walking distance to co op grocery stores and restaurants nearby. 10 minutes walk to train station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Stayed in the room with patio (top floor)- downside was lots of bugs were able to get in. Was easy for the room to get dusty. Water drainage in bathroom for sinks, shower, toilet weak. Other floors looked quite clean. "
