"Very difficult to communicate with property in advance of stay; delayed assistance when on site. Rooms are fairly no frills. Received none of my VIP benefits, though I’m a gold member. Do not think price paid was worth the value received. "

"His property was very beautiful and unique. The safe was very helpful. My TV wouldn’t work in my room and I was able to get a room with a TV that work. It was my birthday celebration and I was treated like a Queen. The only down fall is my room was cold. I understand that the walls are glass but it was hard for me to adjust to the temperature. "

"The hotel was very nice. Spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, and nice bathroom with shower and large tub. It was nice have microwave in the room. View toward Hudson River was great from the 23rd floor. Staff was very helpful. It was also great having the Spa facilities in the hotel. Availability of a variety of restaurants close by was a bonus."
