"The hotel staff are friendly, easy going, and helpful. Upon check-in, they informed us of everything within the hotel as well as giving us our waters. Simple, but appreciated. At check out they called ahead for taxi service for us who promptly arrived one minute later. Our room was extremely clean and comfortable! This is a huge component for me. I love traveling and appreciate when I know rooms are clean! The hotel is only one block from the Riverwalk and we were able to walk all the way out...

"The room's window was very dirty, impeding the already less-than-stellar view. The bathroom was quite different (worse) than depicted in photos, and the "fitness center" was absolutely tiny, two tightly packed rows of mostly treadmills in a windowless room. "
