"The hotel staff are friendly, easy going, and helpful. Upon check-in, they informed us of everything within the hotel as well as giving us our waters. Simple, but appreciated. At check out they called ahead for taxi service for us who promptly arrived one minute later. Our room was extremely clean and comfortable! This is a huge component for me. I love traveling and appreciate when I know rooms are clean! The hotel is only one block from the Riverwalk and we were able to walk all the way out...

"Location was perfect for walking around. Very safe and clean area. Room was lovely, very spacious and had nice amenities. The check in was fast. I found it odd that a 4 star hotel asked if it was ok if we only got 1 room key as they didnt have enough to give 2. Also they didnt have the vouchers for the restaurant, told us to come back later for them and they still didnt have them but just to go to the restaurant and tell them about it. The server at the restaurant was condescending and rude....
