"The building is huge and recently updated. We went down the stairs to go swim and when we left the stairwell the door locked behind us, we tried to find out way out but all doors were locked. It very cold, -30 and i had my yougest daughters so when i saw someone walking accross the street i yelled HELP and they walked to the front and alerted them. A manager came from one of the locked doors and led us thru the kitchen. Otherwise the stay was good and the underground parking was so good in the extreme cold "

"Excellent staff. Bad coffee machines, TP and towels. Nice robes(didn’t use). Gym is nice. Elevators and ice are a pain. Good for the money. "
