"I stayed at the Merlot for a week; it was my introduction to being a tourist in Turkey and overall a great experience! My room was exceptionally clean and the front desk staff personnel were excellent. My only complaints are minor: There was no way to control the heat in my room and many times it got too warm. The bathroom continually projected an odor of backed up sewage. Not sure if the plumbing needs flushing?"

"It is a nice and big hotel. It is much more expensive than the hotels around it. It does not have its own parking lot, there is a parking lot with an agreement, you pay a separate fee per day. The breakfast was good. We tried the pool, sauna and various places and had fun as a family. Thank you"

Key didn’t work, again receptionist rang someone for support, she was still unable to sort so moved us to a different room. Second room smelt so strong of cigarettes so we had to refuse this room due to my husbands ill health and chest. Third room was adequate but not ideal. Would not recommend this hotel "
