"I had a one-night stay at the hotel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The service and amenities were satisfactory, but the internet connection was poor, and there was no air conditioning, which was disappointing."

"Check on was haphazard, staff member constantly rang someone to help get check us in. Key didn’t work, again receptionist rang someone for support, she was still unable to sort so moved us to a different room. Second room smelt so strong of cigarettes so we had to refuse this room due to my husbands ill health and chest. Third room was adequate but not ideal. Would not recommend this hotel "
