"The state at the Midland was enjoyable and majority of staff were exceptional, and Service was very good. We were only let down by the fact that we had to constantly remind people to refresh the towels and clean the room despite leaving out the appropriate sign."

"A warm welcoming staff made our stay feel “close to home”. The room is dated ( very much London) with a very comfortable bed, a good amount of room and the attention to cleanliness shows. Sitting within a short walking distance to the highlights of London touring is a huge plus. A very nice choice indeed."

"I stayed at the Anantara Grand for my 50th birthday. It was one of the nicest experiences I’ve ever had. From check in, to the breakfast buffet, all 5 star. The hotel is impeccable, no matter where you step. The beds are so comfortable and the rooms are extremely nice. The moment you arrive you’re greeted at the door, everyone has a smile on their face and are willing to help. The hotel is in a great location and everything you would want too see is walkable. I treated myself to a spa experience and the treatment was magnificent. All in all, this is the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in and have decided to make it one of my life goals to stay at as many Anantara’s possible. "
