"The hotel is clean and comfy, situated at a location near just 15 mins walk from Wien HBF. We were really very impressed with the helpfulness of receptionist Syed. He took the time to answer to our many questions and even accommodated to some of our requests. He is the definition of warm Austrian hospitality. Breakfast was great too. A lot of good cheese. All in all, this hotel is a gem."

"When we checked in at that time they are doing some renovations and construction. But the room is clean although quite small. I love the free coffee and teas. I love that it is just stone away from the main train station in Vienna"

"We'd gladly stay here again. It was clean. It was quiet. They have comfortable community areas. They have breakfast for a small cost and they have a friendly staff. The only negative thing I have to say is that the WiFi was basically nonexistent. It would just spin and spin, maybe connect for a minute or two and then it'd go out again. WiFi was continuously like that."

"This place has a unique check-in process it needs a little work. What was missing was door code to enter the building. Without the code it is impossible to checkin. I text, and called called the number provided and the calls went to voice mail. No reply to the text. I ended taking another room the night of arrival. The next morning I was able to enter the building and the housekeeping staff helped me contact the virtual checkin assistant. Tge night before, when I made my payment online I was...

"Everything was as described. Its close to the main train station about 10 min walk and 3 min from the metro station. The apartment is spacious and has all amenities you need for an extended stay. Very responsive host. Overall a very good experience."
