"What a fabulous hotel! The staff is amazing! From reception to restaurant, everyone is so pleasant and helpful. They make you feel at home! The location of the hotel is the best. 3 minutes walk to the State Opera and walking distance to most attractions. Our room was street facing. A tram station is right outside but you could not tell when inside, the room was so quiet! We dined at the Glasswing restaurant. I cannot say enough good things about it! The food was amazing! "Location is excellent. Hotel rooms are spacious and very clean. Bed is reasonably comfortable and bathroom is good. The rates we paid were very high, whereas there were hardly any amenities. Only shampoo and no soap or shower liquid. Small soap for sink with no replacement during our 5 day stay. No microwave or toaster in the apartment. No tea or coffee replacement. Minor things but they do add for comfort when you have paid so much. The staff is very helpful and courteous."

"Really great hotel in a very central location. Staff on check in were super friendly but not so much the others we met alter during our stay. It’s very busy outside at night but it’s still quite once you’re in the hotel which is nice. Only issue really was that there is nowhere to hide your luggage in the rooms, so you just end up with open bags in a lovely room which spoils it somewhat. I’d definitely recommend, but still personally probably look elsewhere next time, just for a change. "
