"Nice hotel in central Vienna. Located in the heart of shopping and dining street of Vienna. Old hotel but well maintained. Staffs were nice and assistive. Bedding is quite to soft and using spring mattress, which I don't like that much, but still comfortable. Air conditioning panel is quite confusing to operate but I can make it works after learning. Breakfast was good but not to the point of 5 star hotel expectation."

"The property was under construction. Our air conditioning did not work . The elevator was out of service , our 4th floor room was 102 steps up. I checked out the fitness center and as I opened the door there was a naked man coming out of the sauna right by the treadmills . I did not feel comfortable to use the facilities after that .
