"I was so impressed by the kindness and courtesy shown to my daughter and I from all the staff. From the doorman to the repai man (who was on the elevator with us), to the check jn staff. Whatever they are doing to train their employees i hope they keep it up! The bed was so comfortable and the pillows big and squishy. The towels were luxuirously soft and the thermostat worked well. The elevators and rooms make the most of every nook and crany. I liked it here a lot and will stay again. "

"Room fridge didn’t work, but it was ok. Bed comfy and clean. Concierge and hotel desk staff were amazing and so helpful. Having a subway station just a few feet away was so convenient and probably the reason we will go back. We could hear sirens and street noise, but we wore ear plugs to sleep and had no issues. Worst part was other guests smoking weed in their rooms which has nothing to do with the hotel, just made it smelly for those of us who do not partake. And waiting for the elevator...
