"Property poorly maintained. Reception staff very rude as usual. No fridge unless ask for and need to bring from other room. .Aircon very noisy. Last stayed at this hotel was Nov 19 and with no glass door at shower causing the toilet requested as though there is nothing wrong with it"

Hotel is very modern and clean. Staffs are courteous . I stayed in a standard room, which was very spacious and comfortable. "

"Everything is very old and outdated. Toilet was smack against the wall and uncomfortable to use while water runs everywhere from the sink. Paint and wall paper chipping and falling everywhere. Lights way too dim. For the price paid, we have stayed in much better places in ShenZhen so I don't recommend this one."

"1- The public can take an elevator from the street directly up to these Serviced apartments without going through the Hotel Lobby. this was a security issue as some stranger kept on knocking on my door and ringing the bell. 2- The Apartment Stinks. Smell of sewer. in order to get fresh air you need to open the windows and this brings in Flies and Fleas. 3- Location is quite good. Metro station is very near"

"Loved my stay. The room was spacious and comfortable… loved the bathroom design with walk-in shower also. Bathrobes and slippers were provided. I paid a few dollars more for breakfast and their breakfast was amazing… well worth the money. I will definitely stay there again if I ever visit Shenzhen next time."
