"Had a great time at this property four seasons service, we went in the winter so the outdoor pool was closed and sauna was also closed for maintance, beds were very comfy and amazing bathroom lots of space great suite. great location we walked everywhere, tons of malls near by and coco park mall with restaurants near by. "hotel room is a bit old but conformable and clean. Staffs are friendly. Door bellman doesn't know the restaurants around the area. Day arrived was cold but air-condition didn't have heat. I asked for a portable heat but it didn't work. Breakfast buffet was excellent. "

"Overall the room was comfortable, it was the bathroom that was a bit run down, as in my sink was not draining well, and the faucet was rusted. Other than that though, the room itself is very well kept and very clean. The lobby was very humid and the windows were covered in dew/water, could benefit with a few dehumidifier. Oh and there are bird in cages at the lobby, if you’re allergic, get your friend who’s not to check in instead."
