"We like the flexibility of an apartment rather than a hotel, but were pleased to find the same level of facilities as a good hotel. Great to have full sized toiletries, a well equipped kitchen, working WiFi and good air conditioning. This apartment was close to everything we needed,, transport links, restaurants and shops. We did ask for a late check out which was dealt with very efficiently. We will use Sonder again if they are in the right location."

"The property is very clean and neat. We stayed as a family with kids for 3 days. The fact that this place quite literally sandwiched between Lidl and Carrefour supermarkets was extremely convenient. Right in the front is the metro station, and many tourist attractions including the palace, Plaza de Sol, Plaza Mayor, etc were easily walkable. However, the neighborhood in front of the property was shady looking - ran into large crowd of people smoking weed and abusing substances."

"En general es bueno el hotel, la puerta de Alcalá y la fuente de Cibeles están cerca. Es limpio y amplio. Recomendable para familias de 4 o 5 integrantes. "

"É muitoooo lindo o espaço, mais bonito que nas fotos, é super espaçoso, enorme, tranquilo. Fica bem distante do centro, mas quando aluguei já sabia. É uma área industrial, com muitas fábricas, containers e caminhões. Tem estacionamento na rua, mas todos os dias de manhã ou de noite não tinham vagas livres. Pagamos o estacionamento da propriedade (já saibam que precisa falar antes com eles porque precisa de um app para se cadastrar abrir e fechar). Tem o nome hotel mas a recepcionista só fica lá...

"This has to be my favourite hotel in Madrid. Not only are the staff amazing regardless of the department they work in but the location is excellent to discover the city on foot. Great shops, fabulous restaurants even though the in house restaurant is to die for!! Great food, excellent wines and great prices too! It really is a home from home and the beautiful cheery rooms with City view make your stay one to remember!!"
