"Very old rooms - if you’d picked the Japanese style rooms but not dirty. The food is amazing! The staff aren’t fluent in Japanese so you’ll need to bumble through check in. They’re also not very helpful. I had asked about entry to Yunessun since that was what we’d intended to do to which the personnel said no. I had to return - just to reconfirm - whether there was any promotion or tie up we could benefit from at which point the chap pulls out a whole folder with brochures related to Yunessun....
