It looks good on paper, letting you stay a full 24 hours but in practice it doesn’t always work out. There’s a reason the whole hotel industry has several hours between check out and new check ins. "Room clean and a good size, standard room bed felt pretty small and not super comfortable. Bathroom had a bath which was great. Shower pretty good. Room and hotel felt a little tired. Location was excellent and fun to get to from T 5 on the Heathrow pods. Burger and club sandwich was excellent, bar and restaurant very nice. Front office staff very friendly. "

"This hotel is in a great location to see all the main sights in and around London. The hotel lobby is very elegant and you are welcomed by a doorman to greet you. Checkin is really easy but does require a £100 safety deposit in case of any damages which is standard in most hotels. We decided to pick a room with the river view and was not disappointed! "Arrived early but by the time we’d had lunch there our room was ready ( ahead of time). Receptionist was excellent, all staff greet you. Room was clean and lovely outlook over the park. Breakfast was excellent with good choices and no plastic jam/marmalade containers- all from jars. Really impressed and for the price - excellent! "
