"A rough start at check in, as the previous occupants had not checked out and the room wasn’t ready. It looks good on paper, letting you stay a full 24 hours but in practice it doesn’t always work out. There’s a reason the whole hotel industry has several hours between check out and new check ins. "Room clean and a good size, standard room bed felt pretty small and not super comfortable. Bathroom had a bath which was great. Shower pretty good. Room and hotel felt a little tired. Location was excellent and fun to get to from T 5 on the Heathrow pods. Burger and club sandwich was excellent, bar and restaurant very nice. Front office staff very friendly. "

"This hotel is in a great location to see all the main sights in and around London. The hotel lobby is very elegant and you are welcomed by a doorman to greet you. Checkin is really easy but does require a £100 safety deposit in case of any damages which is standard in most hotels. We decided to pick a room with the river view and was not disappointed! The view of the London eye along the River Thames was spectacular, not to mention seeing the Shard and St Paul’s Cathedral to name a few! Looked...

"Arrived early but by the time we’d had lunch there our room was ready ( ahead of time). Receptionist was excellent, all staff greet you. Room was clean and lovely outlook over the park. Breakfast was excellent with good choices and no plastic jam/marmalade containers- all from jars. Really impressed and for the price - excellent! "
