"Great property, great location. Great staff. Beautiful high ceilings. Very accommodating. The only criticism I have is that the people working the spa seemed clueless and uptight. The guy I was talking to about treatments appeared like he had never had a massage in his life. "The Black Ivy was so cute! The restaurant is great and it’s nice to have breakfast in your hotel and the rooms are super clean. Staff were friendly and very helpful.
