"An ok hotel, but not great. I chose hotel specially for the gym. The gym had a few weights and one elliptical machine. The machine was broken, so the gym was not open. The staff did not know when or whether it would be open. Also, way off the beaten track. Far from old quarter. Only one of many "A-25Hotel" locations in Hanoi. "Most everything was GREAT. Staff was eager to help, services/amenities were as advertised. "Only one hotel front desk staff is very fluent I'm English but they are all very friendly and helpful. Though I requested for high floors, I was given ground floor. Later, they change it to second floor. They did not clean the room on daily basis. No breakfast or free mineral water. Though there is a sign called no smoking but people smoke in the corridor. The smoking air gets into my room."
