"This hotel is somewhere I've stayed before. Usually sound & reliable. This time I booked & prepaid only to find, quite by chance, that they had effectively cancelled my booking WITHOUT FORMALLY TELLING ME so they could carry out a long term refurbishment. "My list is long for this hotel which changed names many times. It’s now called the Viet Hotel. The hotel pictures are false advertising. Here is the list of issues: 1.
