"We’ve stayed at the Crossways several times over the past 5 years and have ALWAYS had a pleasant stay however, on this occasion although the accommodation was the usual high standard the food in the restaurant was very poor, we did mention this so the staff were aware, the food was poorly presented and quite chewy (I’m particularly talking about the lasagne) the gluten free options for my mother were limited (no gf bread/bun) they used do amazing chunky chips but are now soggy fries, I’m not...

"on arriving early it did not matter as we were greeted by penny and shown to our family room. the room was excellent with one double and two single beds, tea and coffee in room,lovely bathroom,everything was so spotless. breakfast was a delight, so many choices. would have no hesitation in recommending the GREENWOOD. thank you penny."
