"The hotel is centrally located so if you want to do all the usual touristy activities, then this is the place to be. It is also right beside the metro so going to Universal Studios Hollywood and downtown LA was very convenient. The staff was highly professional and efficient. The hotel is clean and provides room cleaning on a daily basis which is wonderful. "

"We stayed here to go to Universal Studios, and it was perfect. A 12-minute uber to the park was convenient, and the price matched how much time we spent in our room. It’s clean, the staff are very friendly, and it has everything you need. There are a couple restaurants nearby, but it’s limited. The one in the hotel is 21 , which isn’t great for families. I would definitely stay there again, although I did miss having in-room coffee to start my day."

"All of the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Our room had a wonderful view of the city and was well appointed except for no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Lovey lounge, great cafe downstairs for breakfast. The only thing missing was fine dining or at least high end appetizers in the lounge! "
