Took an hour between multiple staff and a manager and two hotels.com reps before they finally gave me the room I paid for back in August. "The Cordova Inn is a charming boutique hotel dating back to 1921. The location is excellent, the staff friendly and professional. Only two negatives come to mind: Most windows are effectively blanked out, creating a bit of a cave-like feeling to the room. Secondly, window air conditioners rather than central. Both these issued will be rectified when the hotel's expansion is completed later this year. "
