Furthermore, the bathroom was moldy and the shower head was broken. There was used soap (with someone's hair left on it), used toothpaste and dirty towels left for our use. The bedding was stained, the outlet was burnt, the sink had residual food and everything advertised was a lie. For the price we paid we could've stayed at...

"I stayed in this hotel in February, the weather was not so cold, but it was definitely much colder in the room inside! My bed was right next to the window and in the morning I always woke up frozen. Only after everybody started to complain, the hotell switched the heating on, the very next day it was turned. So stay was pretty cold and unfriendly."

"Loved the location and the fact that the airport bus stops right outside the hotel entrance. The subway exit is also right by the hotel, making it very accessible via public transport. It is vey close to pick up points (DDP) for local & day tours. Ice is available from the basement. It’s good that we could use the microwave too. Lots of good food and shopping around the vicinity. Markets are all within walking distance. Would not mind staying here again. "

"We had a great stay. Room was spacious and the hotel has great amenities. Staff were very lovely. Only a couple of minutes walk to Myeongdong High street and Myeongdong station so it’s in perfect location especially for first time travellers in Seoul."

"This is safe and conveient to stay at this hotel. Staff is attentive and helpful. Room is spacious and equipped with everything needed. However, the slippers provided is not packed in sealed plastic bag . I am a bit doubted whether the slippers were used , left over from other customers. Other than this doubt, everything is fine and zi love staying at this hotel."
