" This hotel is in a great location, walking distance to many of the sites, lots of excellent restaurants near by - it was quiet for being in a big city, my only issue was the heat, I could not turn it down and in fact had to open the window at night for sleeping - I loved this hotel so much I would stay here again if in the area"

"Loved the location and the fact that the airport bus stops right outside the hotel entrance. The subway exit is also right by the hotel, making it very accessible via public transport. It is vey close to pick up points (DDP) for local & day tours. Ice is available from the basement. It’s good that we could use the microwave too. Lots of good food and shopping around the vicinity. Markets are all within walking distance. Would not mind staying here again. "

However, the slippers provided is not packed in sealed plastic bag . I am a bit doubted whether the slippers were used , left over from other customers. "Loved the hospitality, from the check in to the bell service to check out and even to the departure with the limousine shuttle, everything was perfect. Super friendly staff. Loved the view from the room of the city. But if you are looking for a quiet hotel, this may not be it for you since the hotel is near by the city hall and an ice skating ring, so expect loud music/events such as protest/rally going on.
